Our mission is to empower formerly incarcerated individuals, non-violent ex-offenders, and those ready for a fresh start by equipping them with the essential skills, resources, and support they need to thrive in the hospitality industry.
Founded by passionate professionals from the restaurant and hospitality sectors, Pathways to Abundance harnesses hands-on training, real-world experience, and mentorship to ignite transformative change. We are dedicated to breaking down employment barriers, guiding individuals toward independence and success!
Through our dynamic training programs, participants acquire vital skills in culinary arts, restaurant management, customer service, event planning, and so much more. But that’s not all—we also focus on building confidence, professionalism, and resilience, ensuring our graduates are ready to shine in their careers and communities.

Pathways to Abundance is dedicated to helping non-violent ex-offenders reintegrate into society. We encourage those with a commitment to personal growth and change to apply.

Commitment to Attendance
Full attendance is required for all scheduled training sessions. This ensures that participants gain the complete benefit of our hands-on training and workshops.
